Jet Pet Resort North Shore

Nothing but great things to say about Jet Pet Resort North Shore. This was the first time for us doing dog-boarding with our adopted dog and the staff were fantastic to deal with - we did an initial meet and greet to make sure there was a good fit (which gave us some extra comfort), and they had plenty of patience answering all of our questions. Our dog came home like he had a great time playing and socializing with new friends. We also liked that they group together the size of dogs for playtime (as we have a large dog). Highly recommend.

Our dog Charlie has been going to Jet Pet North Shore for roughly 6-months now and we are extremely happy with the service. We have had some very unfortunate experiences with other dog daycare/boarding service providers and were very hesitant at first to try another company.However, we are extremely happy that we found Jet Pet North Shore. The service providers are very knowledgeable and informative with great communication. Charlie loves going there, and we feel safe knowing that he is there under excellent care.We highly recommend Jet Pet North Shore.

JetPet is under new management and it is like a whole new facility! The exterior outdoor yard and the interior have been upgrade over the past months with no disruptions to care or service. Best of all my dog lives the staff and is so happy to arrive and be greeted by her human friends. When I pick her up she is happy and tired. The staff are faithful to take pictures throughout the day so you can get a ‘sense’ of the day. My pup is camera shy, a diva and photogenic…but they try! Thanks so much Kurtis and team!Jane S.

We usually put our dog at jet pet over night when we take short local trips.Great, loving and caring team of employees.Our dog loves to socialize and play at jet pet. We love how they upload videos on YouTube and pictures on their Instagram page. Also their pet grooming is great, she is always nice and clean for pickup time.

Our dog Chewie was very new to boarding, and I was very nervous to send him. Turns out I had no reason to stress, Chewie had an amazing time and got so much better with socializing. I really appreciate how the staff worked with his anxiety and made his stay amazing. Highly recommend Jet Pet North Vancouver.

Jet Pet was amazing for Pepper’s first daycare experience and sleep away from home. For a high energy breed I was a bit worried but the kind and caring staff put me at ease right away. She stayed five nights and I felt totally comfortable- the play cams and Instagram updates showed her having a great time! She was given naps as I requested and the staff followed my other care instructions as requested. They also gave her a bath before home time and washed her bed and blanket. She was happy to see me but didn’t want to leave! Happy smiles from her stay.

Our new black lab puppy has been going to Jet Pet for a couple months now, and I can’t imagine a happier, more caring and safe environment for her to socialize, grow, and learn. Every staff member that I’ve met seems committed to the well-being of each pet, right from entering their facility, to keeping our pets safe, engaged, and clean for pickup at the end of the day. Both our cat and pup stayed overnight for a week, and they both were perfectly well-cared for. My dog is always excited to go to Jet Pet. This time around, she was not as smelly as she used to be coming back so that's great! She was incredibly thirsty when we returned, however, which made me nervous that she wasn't given enough water. I do notice on the cameras there is only one water bowl put out for many dogs to share. They might benefit from having more bowls?
