Worst possible experience ever. Worst customer service. The Indian woman sust doesn't want to work. She just find reason not to help you. They will tell you you need to do this and that first just to get you away and not help. They asked to get an online appointment first. When I did she asked what time is your appointment hoping that she can get rid of me. When she got to know the appointment is now They handed over a form for me to fill in which had exactly the same info I entered online!!! What's the online form is for then !!! She didn't even check it I do have an appointment!!!Seriously the worst experience for me ever.

Customer service required to be improved consistent with overall shoppers drug mart experience for which this brand is well known.

We bought a Shiseido eye serum from here last week. Staff are friendly and helpful, and 20x points made it way cheaper than Sephora.
