If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 3 different technicians to attach the satellite to the house 2 months after we asked for internet and they overcharged for everything. Way lower speeds than advertised, stuck in a min. year contract with service that was constantly spotty and the best package isn't even unlimited. They tried to sneak expensive bills after ending the contract when they agreed to different terms (this was after being with them for over a year). Glad I finally have the option to leave they are the worst company ever.

Been a customer for about 5 years now, and it started out service was great, We were getting what we paid for and then slowly over the years we've been throttled constantly a long with many other users i know. Really just poor everything with the service they supply. constant throttling depending on how much you use in about 15 minute intervals

Don't even come close to the speeds they promise. They sell you on download speeds of up to 10 mps but the key words are UP TO. In reality you get 1 to 2 mps. You have to call every few months because your service has stopped working and they say the same thing every time, unplug your modem or maybe you need a new router". If there were other options for rural internet I would definitely switch."

Xplornet sent me an email saying that I was close to my data limit and that my speed would slow down once I hit that limit. I have a home business so that was not acceptable. The email gave me a phone number but the first time I called it the wait time was 36 minutes. The second time was 28 minutes. I then sent a web request for a phone call and after 48 hours they still had not called. I then called back and had them call me back which they did. I was then shuffled around from person to person because they could not access my account. I was on the phone with them mostly on hold for over half an hour during my lunch break. In the end they could not resolve the issue. Horrible service.On top of that we are paying for the higher end package with higher speed and higher data. I wouldn't mind paying the higher price except that whenever we try to want Prime Video or Netflix it always buffers.

A challenging group to deal with to be sure. Their business model is simply slanted in their favour and they refuse to change until someone challenges them. This can be in general terms or minute specifics. I wait weeks for a tech to show up and when they do they are simply under qualified to troubleshoot and if there is an opportunity to pass the buck to the customer, that is what they do 9 times out of 10. The good news is that eventually this will change or they will go out of business. They simply can't meet CRTC demand for rural broadband.If you can avoid Xplornet I would strongly advise it.

Slow speeds prior to COVID. Post COVID speeds have dropped significantly. 1 mb/s to 3mb/s on average. Unbelievably slow even at non peak times (midnight on a weekday). Not worth 100$ a month. Can't wait for Starlink.

Well after having slow internet for so long , now its just intermittent, the service guy was friendly , but the problem came back the same dayCalled again , wasted an other hour of them wanting me to test stuff, they called me to book a call, they told me be home from 9 am to 5 pm and guess what no one showed up and i lost a day of work , lady from booking gave me attitude, who paying me for that wasted day , who ??? If you have any other option , any , go with them

God awful connection and speeds recently. I have better connection on my cell even though Im in the country, and there is a wifi tower literally down the road. You do work and yet its still horrid??If there was something better out in my area I'd drop this in a heartbeat. Not worth even considering.

No incoming calls for a month on the VOIP phone service.Have called service desk 3 times, 1 hour plus each time.Will take 6 to 7 days to correct the problem is the answer.Where do I send the invoice for my time?Still paying $120/month.Do you think a company will ever take customer service serious?
