Decent selection, organized and well laid out. I love that they are always changing things so every week there is something new to see and shop for. Customer service has always been friendly as well. The 2 level set up is nice because it's clearly separated between men's and women's but I hate when I shop here with my boyfriend because we kind of have to shop separately.Change room line ups on the weekends are an issue. Expect a 5-10 min wait.

My mom wanted to use the fitting room today and saw that nobody was at the entrance to attend customers, and it wasn't blocked so she walked in. I understand it's near closing hours, but nobody keeps a watch and nobody said anything or stopped her when she went in and got inside a change room, then afterwards this plus sized lady (Asian?) rudely came up to her and scolded her to not walk in if they tell us it's closed. She was nowhere in sight any time, but she comes up and scolds us then walks away. I would've got her name if I could but she was at the other cashier when we were paying. You can scold your new trainees for not doing their jobs properly and lying to you, but you do not scold your customers, or ignore what we try to tell you and continue to be rude. If this is how H&M wants to be presented, I'd be utterly disappointed.

Really nice clothing, the girl at the cash was really nice as well, she asked if we needed a bag (15 cents!!) I said nah, but she still insisted giving me one for free since I had so much stuff. So nice I love her :'D

The black woman working in the fitting rooms was an absolute b$&@ch I don’t understand how someone allows her to talk to clients, we have two children (1&5yrs) and we are trying to go in to try stuff on. Everything is packaged in bunches of 2s and 3s and they limit 7 items per fitting room. She’s counting each item in the bundle as an item meaning for me to try on all my kids stuff would take ages going in and out!! I left everything there for her and walked away leaving $500 sale for H&M lost over someone who’s rude and unhelpful. She was giving us attitude and couldn’t find a way to make this work. This was the last time anyone in my household walks through the doors of H&M anywhere !! This is how poorly I was treated !

I just wanted to write a quick review of an excellent employee who was working this Labor Day Monday. Although our interaction was short she went above and beyond to help us locate a sweater in the window. She gave us great options and was such a delight. I didn't get her name but she was wearing a darling floral dress and a cute top bun. I would be very surprised if she wasn't a supervisor or manager, for when we decided to leave she was already helping another customer with another task. Thank you for being awesome!

I don't know when this foolishness around having to pay for bags for items that you are purchasing from retailers started but it is insulting and plain rude as a customer to be told that in order to leave the store without looking like a thief, you MUST purchase a bag for 15 cents. Oh and not just any bag, no sir, the bag that you are paying to put your purchased items in...wait for it...is a PAPER bag. So now instead of paying for the cheaply made fast fashion" items and H&M thanking me for shopping in their store by placing my purchased items in an H&M branded bag

Very good selection and lots of space to move around. I know that may seem like something small, but these days I have little tolerance for crowded stores with too much stuff and not enough room. The store at Markville is bright, cheerful and has plenty of space while also providing a huge selection. We were stumped at the Upper Canada Mall location but came away with some good finds at the Markville location. We will definitely be back.

Came into do an exchange here! With full receipt and tags on the items and never worn clothing! Cashier calls the manager over. They speak of me like I’m not here! Clearly you all need some floor management training. The manager who was not pleasant at all! Said she can’t help me! My items are on sale no and can only do the exchange with the sale price! I told her this is the original receipt why can’t she do an exchange for these items to these items which were more than purchased amount anyway! Said she can’t help and that was that! I left! Called customer service said she can’t help! I’m trying to understand when customer service went out the window with H&M and when I can’t help you became the new slogan! Absolute disgrace! Just rude, waste of our time to come out in these times!
