Beautiful trail with lots of beautiful natural features and wildlife. A moderate amount of mosquitoes, not highly noticeable but be aware.

Beautiful an well maintained hiking trails in the valley, and as befitting the name there were two rainbows when we got back to the car. Lovely place to go for a stroll in the river valley

Another wonderful trail in the Edmonton river valley system. This trail takes you from the rainbow valley campground to the North Saskatchewan river. Situated along the Whitemud Creek this trail winds it way through some old growth spruce and cottonwood. Much to see and experience..birds squirrels and so much more! I highly recommend this walk...take your time and forget that you are in the middle of a city!
