Chris responded immediately and was out same day! We thought we knew what the problem was but Chris recognized right away the actual cause for the leak and had the repair completed two days after! We had a torrential downpour last night and his repair was a success! Would absolutely use C.T.L Roofing again if ever needed!

Pricing was fair - most other quotes seem that they were boosted by the pandemic frenzy. Excellent quality work with great insights to existing deficiencies and advise to correct them.Most importantly, the contract was executed with integrity - CTL provided quick response time, did the work they said they would do and at the time agreed to.

Called Chris and within ten minutes he was here to repair my roof. I couldn't believe how fast he responded to my call as tons of people lost shingles in the wind storm. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend CTL.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever hired in 35 years of home ownership. CTL installed a flat roof on our home, a very expensive job that included a new membrane and insulation layer. The roof developed leaks within a year of installation and follow-ups for repair went unanswered, promised but never done and simply ignored after several attempts to have the owner, Chris Ladas come to complete the repairs. We eventually hired a roofer who found a tear in the membrane - owing to expansion not allowed for in the original installation - and worse, a seam that had two-sided adhesive to join but tape was not pulled from one side, allowing the seal to be open for a 10-inch opening. Do NOT engage this contractor.

Called Chris to come give me a quote on a roof Chris quickly responded and showed up the day of to do a quote and within an hour after leaving the house he had sent me a quote via email very reasonable price. 2 weeks later chris arrived to start the job. He & his crew were in & out in a day & half did a tremendous job highly recommend chris & his company.

Absolutely terrible service.The contractor accepted my deposit and committed to a date to have the work completed. He signed his name on the contract. He was 3 months late for the first half of the job and Never finished the second half and refused to return my deposit.The quality of the roofwork is unknown, but i do know that i was picking up nails for the half of their job from my DRIVEWAY, and garbage for months after the work was done. Save your time, and save your money.Update: ~2years later just found that my roof is leaking, and I am still finding nails in my driveway!! so many regrets with CTL roofing.
