I've photographed at weddings with the Paper Hat team before and it is such an amazing experience for both the couple and every collaborator involved. They do such a good job at crafting & planning a day where the couple can really be in the moment, trusting all the details and time to be taken care of by Lindsay and the team :) Not only do you get to enjoy a stress free wedding day & planning process up to the day, but the space is always incredibly well designed & thought out. You can tell they care about their craft and the couple's they serve so much!!

Weddings are overwhelming, even for an experienced planner like me. With Lindsay’s help, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our day fully. Lindsay was terrific at stepping in and coordinating all of our vendor's logistics and last-minute needs. She was the second vendor we booked and truly the best investment. She guided me throughout my entire planning process, sent me ideas, and talked me off the over planning ledge. Additionally, we coordinated all of this out of state and Lindsay didn't miss a beat remotely.We had a few unexpected family emergencies occur on our day. An event like this was not something any of us could have planned for. Lindsay coordinated timing changes professionally without altering our guest's experience. My husband and I can’t thank her enough for all that she did on our day and would highly recommend her for a wedding coordinating.

Lindsay and Meredith and their team were wonderful to work with and really made everything so much easier and stress free. Their day of coordination is so much more than that. The key piece for me was having them coordinate with the vendors, especially with the downtown market and our food vendors because that was the most painful part of the wedding. Meredith made sure everything day of was perfect and seamlessly rearranged our day of schedule when we asked. She was so calm and organized and was a wonderful presence. Even when I spilled soy sauce down the entire front of my dress! I highly recommend her team, well with the expense!

Working with Paper Hat for my wedding was a dream. I chose the same day coordination package and added on an extra hour and it was perfect for me. They provided helpful timelines, sent reminder emails, and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the planning process. My coordinator Meredith was on top of everything. Before our grand entrance my husband stepped on my dress bustle, ripping it, so my dress awkwardly hung to one side. Without hesitation Meredith was under my train safety pining the dress up to match the other side and you couldn’t tell anything had happened. I have a lot of anxiety and thanks to Paper Hat I was able to just enjoy my wedding and not stress over little details. I highly recommend using this local women-owned business for your wedding!

Lindsay McLaughlin was by far the best money I spent on my wedding. She was organized, detailed, responsive, and I felt 10x calmer every time we finished a meeting. She understands the importance of this day and every single detail. She gives the bride and groom the ability to just enjoy their special day without any stress. Lindsay and her team did a GREATjob with my Covid wedding!!! She was VERY useful, pleasant, and professional, and I am SO glad that I was able to just enjoy my wedding day instead of stress about details. When switching everything around due to changing regulations, I was worried I was going to miss something, but then I remembered Lindsay was in the background double checking everything for me! She especially helped guide our decision making, for example she brought up many good points when we were switching our reception location to be able to hold it outside. She had my back during an especially crazy time, and I am so thankful to have hired her!!!

If you are wondering if you need a wedding coordinator - yes, you do! I planned every part of the wedding myself but on the day of your wedding you don't need vendors calling you and asking where to park or how long the tablecloths are. Do yourself a favor and use Paper Hat!! They were incredibly easy to work with. No detail was left out, and all of the unique things I wanted to do on my special day were a priority for them.Meredith was my coordinator and she was so easy going, kind, responsible, and on top of her stuff. Everyone in the wedding party got along with her and loved her. We had several calls before the wedding to iron out all of the details and in the weeks leading up to the wedding we had several text exchanges for last-minute items. On the day of my wedding I could truly relax and enjoy the moment because I knew Meredith had things under control. She helped with set up, getting vendors in, with ceremony and timing of the evening. My caterer said they would have a person dedicated to re-up the food trays for the buffet and that didn't happen. Meredith did not leave us hanging, instead she did it herself. I am not so sure that would have happened with every wedding coordinator. Thank you Meredith and thank you Paper Hat!! I highly recommend using their services. Worth every penny.
