A Canadian Designated Driver Service, Barrie & Area

I booked a driver on Wednesday for a wedding on Friday, I talked to someone and they confirmed everything for the pick up at 1 am and sent an email to me. I ended up calling them Friday after 1 am because no one showed up to drive us, and the Owner Terry told me that it wasn't confirmed and that she could try to get me a car but couldn't tell me how long it would be and didn't even apologize for the screw up, just kept saying well ill get you a car if you want. The owner was so rude I was disgusted with how someone can run their company talking to clients that way. Do not use this company they are not reliable, we ended up talking an uber anyways which was cheaper.

Great service, they are sometimes able to accommodate manual transmission vehicles but call ahead to confirm.

Jim and Teresa are the absolute best! They were so kind and understanding. When they came to pick me up I had a change of plans and they were so accommodating. All they wanted was to make sure I was safe. Thank you for again!

Canadian DD is the worst service I ever used and I will not use them in the future. They cheated me out of $50.00 to drive 5 kilometers to my house. If this is the service they are promoting to intoxicated individuals, then how many other people out there where cheated out of their money too? I could have taken a cab for $12.00 to my home! I was not told the cost until I was driven home and then told I had to pay $50.00! What a shock??? My husband and I were furious!! I have called to find out why I was cheated out of my money and Terry will not return my calls! I am warning the public not to use this service and if you do, make sure they don't cheat you too!!!

Have used this service a couple of times now. The dispatcher has been fabulous to speak with. He arranged a ride for me within 10 mins. every time and the driver was so nice and polite each time and made me feel very comfortable letting them drive my car!

We used this service for two vehicles over the weekend from Washago back to Barrie after a wedding. It was convenient to be able to drive ourselves to the event and know that us and our cars would be taken home in the evening. Terry and our drivers were very professional, friendly and ensured we made it home safely. Prices were very reasonable as well. We would recommend the service to others and definitely use it again in the future!

Our friends booked a DD weeks ago for a pickup last night in Barrie and they stranded us. No car and no one answering the phone. Luckily we got a cab that cost us a fortune as we live out of town. Brutal.

i had a very bad experience with this company . the dispatch caller was rude and made unnecessary comments , and the driver was worse. The driver took corners to fast and when I asked if he could back in the driveway I would have guess it was his first time driving . he smashed the rear and front tire into the curb when i told him he was going to hit ! even the back up camera showing that aswell . I regret trusting my vehicle with a incompetent driver it was a pain wanting to ask would you like me to drive" when I'm the intoxicated one taking the service. When I paid the man he questioned where the tip was. i truly was desturb by the service i recieved."

Get you and your car home safe and DUI free. When I drink to excess I use them.

I asked for a quote at 2pm before their phones were being answered. I assumed I’d get a quote at 5 but 8 1/2hrs later still no quote and well past the time I asked for a pickup. Multiple calls went unanswered. A useless “service” from my experience
