Aquaseal Foundation Crack Repair Wet Basement Solutions

When we moved a piece of furniture in the basement we realized we had a leak in the foundation. On April 2, 2020 Pierre from Aquaseal came to repair the settlement crack. During our conversations with him prior to that date he explained exactly how it would be completed and the warranty. When he arrived he was courteous and professional, he reviewed the scope of work and set out to repair our wall. We have since had rain and have had no issues.

I had a large basement crack in the foundation that my builder had previously attempted to repair. Aquaseal provided an online quote and was able to attend my residence in an extremely quick manner to first remove the improper repair and then fix the original issue. My basement was taped off using plastic sheeting to prevent dust and debris from getting in the rest of the residence. Staff was able to work around my schedule as a shift worker. Further the entire process was completed with minimal interaction and followed covid safety measures. The warranty was explained clearly and a copy was provided to me. I had a leak in my basement and it with minimal damage to my finished basement, Aquaseal was able to locate a wall crack in my foundation which they quickly repaired with epoxy injection. Not only did they repair the wall crack internally, externally, they installed a french drain and a vertical drain to house weepers at the exterior rear flagstone patio. I was worried about the esthetics of installation on a flagstone patio but Pierre explained everything to me and fixed the problem while making the patio look great! They were fast, efficient, listened to my concerns and fixed the problem without a mess. I am very happy with Aquaseal and would highly recommend them!

We used Aquaseal to repair a blocked window well last year on an emergency call. They excavated the area, dug the window well to the proper depth, cleared the drain and made sure that the drain was flowing properly. They were fast, reasonable and did an amazing job. We are considering hiring them again to dig our window wells to the proper depth to prevent any future issues. I would highly recommend them for future work!
