I have been working with Advantage for almost 4 years as a PCA. Everyone in the office is very helpful and polite. They are very understanding of needs and will fit you with a client that you are most comfortable with. They are flexible when it comes to hours- whether it is full-time or part-time. Definitely a very rewarding job!
