He is so helpful and patient and yeah I love my computer actually. I thought he would be wrong and I didn't want an apple but I do love it because I use it for online meetings and work due to the virus

I have been going to Yuen's shop for some years. He's very modest with his prices, he's courteous, and he knows PC machines well. I highly recommend his services.Yuen has at least 2 other talents besides computers; he make films with Go-Pro drone cameras, and he does soldering and electronic assembly.

I like this store. This my computer store for couple years, the owner is very honest and knowledgeable and always learn what you need before recommend your his product or service not like other big-chain stores they are always rush you to buy something.I don't agree with the other guy who gave a bad review as he didn't know other people's business and he, I believe, had his prejudgment before he walked in, e.g. the stuffs on the floor actually are waiting for recycle as I know this store also allow people drop off their old, unwanted electronics or computers. In my opinion this is really convenient for the community. In fact this store has its dedicated repair room inside with 4 or 5 desks and does not need workbench" to work on the floor.I don't believe this store can stay in business for over 5 years if the owner is awfully rude and yelling to his new customer ."

I was lied to. I called ahead asking if he had 3 ft network cable he said yes. I arrived to buy it and after paying noticed a sticker saying it was 6 ft so I asked for a 3 ft cable. He told me the sticker was old and wrong. I got back home and found out I was lied to.

Amazing customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and caring. There are times when Yu has gone out of his way to help me with an technical issue. I truly appreciate his support and service when it comes to fixing computers.

A simple up date to Windows 10 resulted in the loss of several critical folders and several unproductive visits. And after several home visits to set up a GPU he just walked away from the problem, never to be seen again!

Having personally serviced two of their custom built" computers for having rampant hardware failure due to improper installation I decided to go and see how bad this place was in-person.It's an awful store run by an awfully rude man. I inquired about. 1TB 2.5" drive. He looked at me like I was a moron and barked that he only has 500GB. The store was a mess and everything in it was very out of date. He worked on clients computers on the floor. Didn't even have a workbench.Don't waste your money or time here."
