Dr Agapas and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are only beginning our experience with braces but Robin was especially helpful with getting paperwork filed correctly for insurance purposes. We are a busy family of 6 and her simple sticky notes helped everything flow smoothly. Thank you! Plans were also postponed due to the pandemic but throughout the entire process I was kept up to date and well-informed with any changes to protocol. Overall, we are very happy with their services.

Turned me away because I only needed a replacement retainer. Said they're not taking new patients for retainers...guess they only want to help people if they're getting thousands of dollars out of them. :(

Very highly recommended. Dr. Agapas has treated two members of our family and we have been very happy with how he and his staff have treated us. I would travel to the west end to see him, but now that he has the second office in the east end, regular check-ups are a breeze.

Dr. Agapas and staff are amazing they are friendly and caring team. We transferred orthodontist care here from Newfoundland with ease, it was like my kids have been there from the start. I have been pleased with the professionalism and dedication in the treatment of all three of my children, which has resulted in beautiful smiles.The ease of the new east end location makes check up effortless, since is so close to their school. Whenever. you visit the office they are always there to greet you with a smile and a positive atmosphere.

We love that Dr. Agapas offers service in both the East and West ends of Kingston - close to home in the East and close to work in the West! All 3 kids are at various stages of orthodontic treatment and they can almost always schedule our appointments together to make my life simpler. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I know we are getting the best orthodontic treatment for all of our kids. Thanks to everyone on the team!

Dr Tim Agapas has always made our three daughters, ranging in ages from 10-15, feel at ease throughout their treatment. This professional team have addressed treatment programmes thoroughly and clearly; Starting new treatment, taking over from a previous orthodontist due to our move to Kingston and not jumping in to do unnecessary work have all been explained with confidence and an affordable payment programme alongside.We appreciate the Kingston East location as its near our home and the early time slots fit with school well.
