Cake Alaskq was more like a warmed brownie but tasted okay. Not something you wanna go back to, but we also got some macroons, and they were the worst macroons we ever had. Service is good, and it's a nice sitting place. I would still try something from their recommended menu.

I think there are hardly any breakfast/brunch places that are 100% halal in Milton so coming across this gem was a pleasant surprise. The 1st time we visited Kopper Kettle was when a family member visiting from the US said they wanted to have a 100% halal club sandwich. The food, service and decor here was simply so good, that in a month, I dined here thrice with close friends. And, each one of them loved the variety of the menu and all the food they ordered. I simply loved their Club Sandwich (aka Kettle Club), Kettle Nachos with Chicken, Grilled Chicken Salad & Chicken Skewers, while our friends loved their Mushroom Soup, Kopper Kettle Sliders, Italian Coffee and Cake Alaska. The portion sizes are big and really good value for money. The only thing is because of limited servers and I think with just 1 chef, it takes a bit longer to get all the orders quickly for a larger crowd. All in all, we love Kopper Kettle and would be back to dine here again and again.

Made the mistake of ordering uber eats from here. The cookies that are advertised to be baked fresh daily were baked at least 2 weeks ago. I wasted money on half a dozen cookies that were rock hard and inedible.Similar experience with the Cheesy bread, almost broke a tooth eating the hard Italian bread.The Philly cheese steak was the only good meal but was way overpriced. On uber eats its $21...in restaurant it is $18. Price of this should not have been more then $12 looking at the portion size and quality.

Visited this place on May 14, 2023. Future haven for rodents nothing like it used to be when it had different name and possibly different management. The place is filthy, had to ask the employee twice to clean my table and it was still dirty after she unwillingly cleaned it (see pictures). There was food/napkins under every table, dirty rags and trash on the floors, dust in every surface you could see, chocolate fountains were filthy and the display glass for desserts looked like they were not cleaned for months. Observed employees taking orders and payments then preparing food touching salad, fruits and food without washing hands or gloves.

The place was all dirty starting from the floor, the tables and washrooms. It is understandable if the place was packed, but the place was empty. Food is not the greatest and too expensive for what you experience. I asked for a red velvet cheesecake but with the amount of chocolate on top I couldn’t even recognize if it was a red velvet or a chocolate cake. Very lack customer service, it seems like a good place but it needs to get better in cleanliness, service and food.

The staff was friendly. Ordered the ‘kettle crepe speciality’ with milk chocolate drizzle and Oreo ice cream for my daughter. The presentation was nice and the crepe was fully loaded with strawberries and bananas. The taste was ‘OK’. It was my first time visiting and not sure I would return. The price $$ is a lot for some of the items on the menu. I paid $21 for a crepe with fruit and icecream. If you are vegan don’t bother. There is 1 item on the menu that is vegan and it’s a veggie wrap. They didn’t even have any non-diary milk option for coffee. I recommend if you would like to try it out but you aren’t missing anything especially if you are vegan.

Nachos are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately chicken was not cooked to perfection and or contaminated which caused late night vomiting. Observed server handing over forks without cleaning after dropping on main floor. No respect to hygiene, will not recommend or return. Lava cake was not that special to pay extra price its just a regular tasted cake so here goes one star and server needs to improve service as they don’t serve cutlery if not asked.

Kopper Kettle is a tasty and filling dessert place that offers a wide variety foods. Ranging from soup served in Sour bread to chocolate dipped waffles.I had a great experience here. The place is very mellow, chill and cozy. The food was amazing but the servings were a little large. The staff were very nice. I came back a few times and it won't be my last time there.I've tried a variety of the items they sell. They were all pretty good. Soups, Burgers, Waffles, Crepes, Ice Creams.I definitely recommend the place to anyone who has a sweet tooth or just want a good mellow place to chill. Some of the ratings on here are really shocking, but don't let that stop you from coming here.

Amazing experience, welcoming and friendly staff with a wonderful customer service. You can find a great collection and all the deserts and drinks (Hot and Cold).Amazing decorations and quiet environment.I would recommend Kopper Kettle in Milton.Thank you
