So worth the money when you hire a true pro! Lucas found and fixed issues I didn't even know I had. I've worked with many IT people over the 25 years I've run my own business and as good as some of them were, he shined above them all. I Highly recommend them and I'll be using them again.

I got a same day, remote fix for a critical issue. It was a very simple fix so I paid the absolute minimum and could easily have spent hours chasing my tail. Lucas fixed it in a few minutes. He then took a really good and considered look at my secondary issue and, although he has diagnosed it as a hardware failure, he's given me a free workaround that I am more than happy with. Win-win.
