This company is garbage.. they use cheap materials, to build property that only looks luxurious.. They don’t care about the client, only about the money.. such a scam company.. don’t waste your time.. these people have no regard for the well being of the tenant..

Good customer service in general and quick after sale service to fix or replace imperfections. I would've appreciated though, in hindsight, to have been better informed of choices of brick for the facade, placements of electrical outlets when the walls haven't been installed yet, and options for the slim side windows being able to open. Replacement parts like rubber washers for the sinks and furnace filters are sometimes not standard, which can be inconvenient to have them shipped from far, instead of just finding them at Reno. Your house lasts for a long time so it's up to the buyer to be informed of all options by customer service. Afterwards it's too late to realise that there was a red-brick option for your facade instead of the proposed sandy/grey or that you were needing an electrical outlet in the entrance when the house was just a wooden frame with insulation, before the drywall had been put in.In general though, we are pleased with our house but would've liked to have been aware of all options available with Charplex house features.

300 000$ condo brand new. Absolutely the worst quality of materials and the worst building I have ever lived in... For 300k!! I hear my neigbors talk at the table and their tv constantly. They cheap out on every single ma terial!! DONT BUY A CHARPLEX HOUSE/CONDO

L’agent immobilier se mélangeait tout le temps, qualité du logement pas top pour le prix, ils veulent seulement se faire de l’argent. Leurs méthodes ne sont pas du tout adéquates. Éviter de faire affaire avec eux.

Entrepreneur affreux et aucun service ! - j'ai acheté un condo en 2014 - projet habitat 13 sa fait presque que 9 ans je leur dit de venir voir pourquoi il y a pas de ventilation ou échangeur dans le corridor ! à chaque fois on rentre on peut pas respirer correctement tellement il y a pas d'air dans le couloir et c'est pas attirant du tout pour les personnes qui veulent venir pour louer le condo ou acheter . En plus ils ont même pas mis un fenêtre pour ouvrir pour que l'air frais rentre au moins !J'ai parlé à un personne qui est dans la construction il a dit c'est illégal qui a pas de ventilation ou échangeur d'air dans le corridor du batiment sa respect pas le code du bâtiment de la régie du québec !

I put a down payment of 20k on a land and within the same week charplexe sold it to someone else, and gave me another land, we wanted to make some changes charplexe was overcharging us for garbage material it took me over 2 months to get my money back

Don’t trust them! If I could give them a negative rating, I would have.
