Anita helped us book the best trip ever!! She had everything so organized and ready to go for us, all we had to do was go on the trip! She made sure that we were in the loop about dates, pricing transportation and flights. She had everything perfectly laid out for us which helped make our trip as smooth as possible. She reached out just prior to the trip to advise on current airport tips and ensured we checked in ahead of time to expedite the airport experience. She was organized and followed up regularly throughout planning to ensure the tours catered to our families interests. Anita responded immediately. She listened to our requests for small boutique hotels, and within days provided unique accommodations that ultimately exceeded our expectations. Anita contacted us at least twice before departure to ensure that all of our needs had been met. She offered to secure early/late check in/check out and provided a detailed itinerary, accompanied by a useful travel app. What’s more, she contacted us while away to inform us of an opportunity available to us, which we acted upon. Anita planned our two-week trip to Ireland and we could not have been happier with her research and responsiveness.
