Catharine was instrumental in making our cross country move as smooth as possible. She went well out of her way to make us comfortable when we got to our new home in the middle of the night. From lending us bedding to providing that ever so delicious loaf of banana bread and some morning coffee.Catharine was patient as we searched and executed the purchase. Even now, months later, I ask her for advice on local resources and we keep in touch.I can’t recommend her any more than an absolute 100%. Best agent ever.

Catharine helped me to purchase my first home, and she made the process easy and enjoyable, from start to finish. Her knowledge of the community, and the buying process made a huge difference to me. When another offer showed up on the table, she worked her magic so that mine was the most appealing - without costing me more money. . She kindly made arrangements for my mom to see the property when she came in from out of town after the offer was accepted, and she made every member of my family feel welcome as a part of the process. Five years later, Catharine continues to provide welcome, but never pressuring client care, and she recently took the time to help my sister and I navigate options for our mother - even though it may not include buying a home. I highly recommend her!
