If I could give it a 10 star I would. All of the staff was very welcoming. But the one who stood out and really just made everything go perfectly was Susan. She was attentive, kind and drastically reduced my stress and made my whole day. She styled me and gave honest advice that really made a difference. My day was going horrible due to my treatment at other bridal shops that were very unprofessional, rude and trying to force me to get uncessary items. But the moment I entered this place the stress and difficulty faded away due to the staff. I was welcomed and I did not need to go around and ask for help. Help was given on arrival. Susan managed to make my horrible day become relaxing and memorable. I got the experience of saying Yes to the dress" all thanks to Susan. Some tears were shed. Thank you Susan! Celeste and Mandy were also great!"

Good and genuine customer service is hard to find today. Neisha was warm, attentive, sweet and patient during shopping experience for a dress. She and the other lovely ladies helped me find a dress and veil that fulfilled my needs. They were all very warm, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend going to this David's bridal. Thank you again ladies!

I can’t say enough about Nina in the alterations department! I had an extremely tough dress for alterations due to beading, lace, and an internal corset but she made it happen. After 4 straight hours of alterations for a single dress, we had it exactly how I envisioned. She was patient and a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU NINA FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Deborah Anders was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect dress for my big day. She know how to fit the dress to me with clips so I could see how it looked after it was altered which helped me in my decision. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

Olivia was phenomenal! My mother and I came in VERY last minute for bridesmaids dresses. My sister was originally supposed to get married 3 years ago but the wedding was postponed due to the pandemic. We both misplaced our dresses and by the time the new wedding date came around, David’s bridal no longer carried the original dresses.We came in frantically looking for something in store as the wedding is just weeks away and we don’t have time to order. We got here an hour before closing and Olivia never made us feel rushed whatsoever. She stood with us, kept searching for dresses, zippered us, and essentially made us feel as little stress as humanly possible.My mother and I both walked out with dresses that we loved thanks to Olivia’s patience, calm demeanor, and generally great approach

Sally was fabulous! She was patient and dedicated to helping me find the right dress. She gave honest feedback which I truly appreciated. She ran back and forth getting me different sizes as needed. Great experience!

Celeste and Teresa in alterations made the process so enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure my dress and accessories were exactly what I envisioned. They were very kind to my mother and I throughout the process. Keisha and Patti were wonderful in helping me style the dress and complete the look. Thanks ladies!

Patti was absolutely amazing. She organized our fitting time and made sure we all were ready for take off. I had a large crew and she worked with each of us individually that made us feel good. I loved my experience

Wow, Sally was amazing! Today I came into the store on complete impulse. It was my first time trying on dresses, and I was alone as my family lives out of state. I was obviously a walk-in client and Sally made me feel so welcome. She listened to my preferences and picked out a variety of dresses for me to try. Even though I was a walk in and Sally was super busy as she was the only consultant on site that day, she was super attentive with me and truly listened. I ended up buying my dress today and Sally gave me a huge hug to celebrate. I FaceTimed with family, but it was so nice to have Sally’s support since my family wasn’t there physically. The seamstress was also wonderful and she thoroughly explained all of the alterations my dress would need and how she would be able to make the changes. I’m so thankful to have randomly chosen to walk into this store today and I’m so thankful for Sally! Definitely checked out this specific location if you’re looking for your wedding dress!
