Product was faulty and I used my rewards as I’m a frequent customer. They would not use my rewards I used did the previous product for a replacement. Grrrrrrr

I have always been very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at this store. I am myself a retired hairdresser of 40 years so I know what I am talking about and so do the staff who are very helpful and honest on recommendations. My last visit I was helped by a wonderful lady named Trish, thank you for making my day...I will always support this store...highly recommended.

I shop regularly at this place and love their products but I wanted to give a shout out to the beautiful young lady Libby <3, she helped me turn my silvery green mess (trying to go lilac/lavender) into the color I wanted so thanks from the bottom of my now very purple heart THANK YOU AND I HOPE THIS REACHES YOU!!!Edit: I have to give a shout out to Sue as well!!! Very friendly, accommodating and above all quite knowledgeable in what Sally Beauty sells. I love these girls to bits!!!

Came in to Sally’s Penticton today looking for quality scissors to cut my boyfriends hair and had the best customer service from Sue! She was very knowledgeable and honest and we had a great interaction with her, we will be back for any other hair needs!

Came here with a friend after a really bad hair that made my friend's hair a frizzy, dead mess. The staff member that helped us gave us two packets to help the frizz and recover the hair. Not only was she super nice but she was super knowledge about the products. We used both that day and it went from frizzy dead hair to soft and curly. I don't remember a time when my friend's hair was that manageable. All thanks to the lovely girl who helped us out!!

My mother and I were in the store today and they were so good to us. My mom needed some conditioners for her hair they were so helpful and I needed a good mascara and some lipstick I love it so nice. Thank you for a great experience love you guys..

i never ever do this but im fed up. i always always come here for my hair products but have had very rude bad experiences with one particular worker who ruins my visit every time shes working. she has made comments about my clothing and the amount of change im giving her and overall is very unprofessional! if you are so inconvenienced by my change then ill just take my business elsewhere. money is money and when you are an unemployed teenager who has to search around the house for any spending money, a few toonies and loonies are super valuable ( better then giving you all nickles!). im very disappointed with my experiences with her and frankly, im offended by her rude comments and attitude towards me. overall this has been a very disappointing experience. very disappointing. if this happens again ill be getting her name and making a formal complaint.

AH-MAZ-ING! There was this shorter girl with dark hair and one lady with orangey blonde hair there (I think they were both managers. One was def assist manager) they were beyound helpful! Was there with my sister, they helped her figure out what she needed for her hair. Then helped me with my dry scalp. Super knowledgeable about their products, they were readily available. Of course, they did try to sell extra product to us cause that's what sales people do but they weren't forcing it on us like some other places do which was nice.Just a very professional, wonderful staff and great products.
