Staff was able to help me in English (and recommended I buy a month-long, senior’s bus pass from the STO administrative office). Street maps are available for Gatineau and central Ottawa. Many good brochures, including self-guided walking tours to view heritage buildings and public art. Located opposite the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau.

Manu les tourism info and very little guides. A few basic local maps and most shelves were empty. Hopefully they will return back to normal.

Great information and brochures available. Although you can find most of this info online, there’s certainly a value added in speaking with someone who can make recommendations on the spot, based on your preferences and needs. I’d come back here again
