We just purchased our second vehicle from this company and we are really happy with the service and professionalism the team demonstrated. Our sales person was Aidan who was super friendly and helpful. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and I drove away happy. Jennifer they're finance manager really took her time to explain everything thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this car dealership to my family and friends.

Matt Thornton was great to deal with! Very helpful, pleasant and not a pushy salesman at all. Listened to what we were looking for and found what fit our needs within our budget. Jennifer Frampton the finance manager was also super pleasant and had everything in order for us when it came time to sign the paperwork and take our vehicle home. Would definitely recommend this company. The indoor showroom was also a great experience.

Amazing business. I was in search of a reasonably priced low kilometer car which is next to impossible to find in the current market and I managed to find it at this place. The environment is nothing like a dealership. It is welcoming and relaxed without any pressures from greedy salesmen. Their vehicles are housed indoors all year round and there is no secrets about the cars. All around a great place and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

The best used vehicle experience I have had. I went in to look at one vehicle and was amazed at the collection of high quality vehicles in their showroom for sale at great prices. I can’t stress enough that these cars are rare finds, great quality. They do their research in tracking down the best cars to sell. I was having trouble finding one good car at a decent cost with the market right now and there were plenty all in one building. All the staff were really friendly and patient with me as I was having difficulties and taking a while working with insurance to get my money from a claim to buy my new car; I never felt pressured to speed up the process. Aidan was fantastic at organizing everything for me and was a great communicator. He answered all my questions quickly and didn't hide anything from me. My car went through a mechanical inspection before I bought it and he immediately let me know everything it needed done and then they did it for me, the same day, which saved me tons of time and money. They even got me a brand new full set of all weather tires. I would recommended this business to everyone looking to buy a car.

Okay, listen- I don’t know anything about buying cars. This was my first time making a big “adult” purchase, and it was a great one!The folks at Cars Near Cost were super friendly, kind, and well informed.John was the gentleman who helped me through the process; if you want someone knowledgeable and funny to set you at ease during the process, absolutely ask for him.The warehouse was very clean, and the vehicles were in great shape, and included file reports from CarFax so you could review any accidents, previous owners, recalls and the like before making any decisions.Additionally, when we noticed a tire was low, they offered to have it repaired at one of their shops for free if it happened to be a problem. Which gave me some real peace of mind!Jennifer and Casey were both paramount in ensuring I was comfortable and completely in the know about what I was buying.Overall a stellar experience! Would certainly recommend. :)

I have never had an experience that started out positive go sideways to a negative one so fast.I went to the dealership today to drive a 2014 BMW. I had arranged with the sales person John last night to come and see it at 10am. I had to bump it a little bit later as I sold my existing car and wanted to have the funds ready and available as I was fully expecting to buy a new one today.I kept John informed as to when we were coming and My dad and I showed up just before noon to and took the car for a test drive. I fell in love with it and was ready to buy. As we were sitting down and working out the details of the purchase, I was then told by John that there was a pending deal already on the car. I was super confused as there had been many times in the last 12+ hours that he could have let me know it was spoken for and that if the deal fell through he would let me know. That would have been totally fine and the end of it, but apparently that is not how they do business at this dealership. What they like to do is sell the car several times, take more than one deposit on it, and waste potential customers time without their knowledge beforehand just in case the first deal falls through.The craziest thing was I was willing to pay cash for the car and take it off the lot right then and there but because the first person who put a deposit on it was financing and buying the warranty I was told that it was financially better for the dealership to wait and see then cash for it. The exact words were “cash isn’t king anymore“.The manager Kelsey made sure to let us know that they didn’t need our business and that we were welcome to go somewhere else and that it’s common practice for them to sell cars more than once just in case one deal doesn’t happen.So beware ….. if you are going into this dealership, be sure to ask if the have already sold the car you want before you waste your time test driving it. Also be prepared if you want to pay cash and don’t want to buy the extended warranty that you are likely not their ideal customer.

I was shopping for a car for my mother in law . She is a senior and needed my help finding a reasonable priced , reliable car to replace her older Pt Cruiser. I thought I'd try The Cars Near Cost Company . I was totally impressed by the experience I had , starting with salesman Aidan Corbett who listened to my requirements and found a 2009 Lexus 350 with low mileage that fit the budget. He was a accommodating with myself, and my mother in law , explaining and demonstrating all the features of this new Lexus . The Sales Manager Kelsey Quarles was also great to deal with, adjusting the price a bit and helping out with some details .The car was from out of province, but every detail from inspection reports, mechanical inspections, out of province inspection , and even new Alberta registration of the car was handled before we arrived to pick up the car . All around , it was a very professional experience at The Cars Near Cost Company . I would highly recommend them .

I personally haven’t bought from them, but my boyfriend did and I got to share the experience. He worked with John and clearly it was a great experience as we drove to Edmonton to pick up the suv.However we’re I had such a great experience was with Doug, he came out and offered a run down on his new BMW and just from learning about the works I can tell he has a deep passion for what he does and made it fun. It shows with the rest of the team as well!Recommended for sure!

Got myself a new ride at cars near cost last weekend. Picked up a low mile fully loaded 2014 Veloster turbo. Awesome little economical car. My salesman John Russell even being new to the job was top notch. Very friendly and helpful. I give John 2 thumbs up.
