They were supposed to show up all week and by Friday they still have not showed up. I called them every day asking why they haven’t come to mow my lawn and they keep making excuses. Do not hire these folks. Terrible.

The people serving 100% doing their best job,. The problem is that management Does not put enough staff on early Is shift. Leaving them to do one vehicle at a time with one staff member only, most hire more staff for am service. 1 person is substandard

From what I've seen of their snow removal job where I live ... it's very poor quality, sloppy job... the sidewalks are still covered of ice and snow right now. There is a lot of grassy areas around our building but still we loose parking spaces, especially in visitor parking . The plow drivers need to learn how to pull the snow out from the parking spots and push it over the curbs onto the grassy areas. Very disappointing that there is no longer any work ethic or integrity.
