Randy and his team are awesome. He went above and beyond getting parts so that my brother and I could continue our trip to Alaska. We also followed his suggestion for a ride to Cadomin which was fabulous.

RPM is a great place to do business! On my way to Alaska from Michigan, I pitched and destroyed my chain on my KLR 650 about 10 miles out of Whitecourt. My buddy went to RPM to get a chain. Randy was quick to help, cut me a great deal on a high quality chain. Even pressed in the master link, so it was easier to do on the side of the road. Thank you for making a bad situation extremely easy.

I work for a reforestation company and when we do contracts in Whitecourt, we use RPM to service and repair our ATV's. We've only started using them in the past 18 months, but have been very happy with their service. Their quality of work has been excellent, and on the occasions when we've need a quad fixed quickly, they've usually been able to make it happen. Highly recommended, and I've dealt with a lot of quad repair places.
