I really like the ladies working there so feel a little bad for giving 3 stars. Went there twice. Anyway, simple pros and cons.PROS-1. Very sweet and positive ladies. It’s very hard to communicate because of language barrier but they are so funny that even explaining something to them becomes a joke.2. I get shellac nail paint and it never chips until I go there after 2 months to get it redone.CONS-1. Nails look great from a distance but when you pay close attention, they are always cut/ shaped unevenly. Not all but a lot of them.2. If your some nails are tiny, you end up getting nail polish all over the nails and skin. - For free!!!3. Manager/ Owner is always micromanaging and if an artist is actually taking time (Paying attention) he comes and tells them to hurry up.4. Always feel a little rushed.Overall not a bad place, but if you are really picky like me, you will not be 100% happy.

I booked in for 3 pedicures and reserved a time at 3pm. They called me 1.5 hours before to confirm my appointment. Then they called me 8 minutes before my appointment to ask me to come in at 3:30. I said I could not because I have to leave for work at 4. And same with the 2 others (my mom and sister to celebrate Mother’s Day). They said they couldn’t have us till 3:30 because someone else showed up late and asked me to reschedule or come in at 3:30. I said I couldn’t. And had to cancel the appt… we were all really looking forward to our Mother’s Day pedicures. Very disappointed and will not be coming back

These guys are amazing on designing nails to what you want. I’m really picky on having my designs match or look decent. These guys have met that for me! Highly recommended

Very bad experience. I pick black for my nails and they put deep blue on my nails. Because of artificial lights it shows black but when i check in natural light outside its deep blue. They charge me nearly $60 for my own nails. I select rose gold for bit highlights but they put golden . OMG unprofessional. In a week its all gone. May be they are using cheap products.

Went here for a pedicure not expecting much, and was pleasantly pleased with the service. Definitely one of the better pedicures I have had in awhile. The hot towel on the legs in the end was amazing. The staff were sweet, and the place seemed super busy. They paid close attention to detail and the messages and oils left my feet so soft. Free parking in the back was a great bonus. Asked to wash hands before sitting, which I like better then the over used hand sanitizer. Made an appointment to come in, and was very happy when we arrived we didn’t have to wait, like how appointments actually work. I cant even count how many times I’ve booked an appointment only to have to wait forever.I asked the lady to choose her favorite color for my toes and she hit the mark 100%. I love pink and I love sparkles. She consulted with me before using the colors which was nice.Definitely 10/10 will be back here for my next pedicure.

Everyone that had a bad experience and blood was droned from the fingers and feet. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! I had the same experience, Susan (owner) the owner doesn’t even change or sanitize her tools uses the same ones on the next person even though there us blood left on the equipment. The tables are never sanitized!!!!!These people need to be reported!!!

Emmie did my pedicure, it was amazing. It felt fantastic and my feet were a nightmare from going barefoot and flip flops. I went to other salons which have never cleaned up and made my feet feel as good as Emmie did.I will always come here when we come to Surrey for visits. Next time I will take before and after photos
