We’d eaten there many times, and the food had been good, but the last time we were we both ordered salads......Cesar and a greek saladThe portions were fine but the amount of oil on the greek salad was an overwhelming proportion leaving a puddle of covering the entire base of the plate and producing a soggy salad that was dripping into my lap and napkinWhen the waitress asked how our meals were we told her they were not good......at which point she defended both salads and the amount of oil used.We were told by her to get out and never come back again when we disagreed with herInteresting to note that each time we’ve popped in at 6 pm for supper the restaurant was nearly empty.....we’ll never ever go there againHer loss is Boston Pizza’s gain

I love this little gem. Greeks amazing, Italians ok. I find that their pasta is over done and their garlic bread ..lol is just white bread with some garlic salt, but it's dependable and wonderful staff and pizza

I've been coming to Saros since I was three. I came back to Red Deer to see my hometown and see what's changed. Saros is exactly as I remembered it!! The Greek Salad is hands down the best in Red Deer! And the dressing.....nectar of the salad gods! Definitely get the salad. Definitely take a jar of dressing to go. You'll thank me later.

Our server is polite enough, the calamari portion was massive for the price but very salty, the Greek salad was very oily, the Greek style ribs were on point as was the moussaka. The sides were meh, but I'll be back.

We ordered last night I ate cheese toast and chicken caesar salad and I got food poisoning been up all night sick then my fiancé ate the other garlic toast and it had a huge chunk of mould on the bread! Definitely do not recommend it was also expensive for mouldy bread!
