Very disappointed franchise. The pepperoni pizza here usually comes with little amount of pepperoni. Also, got a coupon for a free slice of pizza on 11/10/22 on the app during pizza pizza promotion, when going to the store, they said this store do not participate in the promotion. Not sure if individual store can decided on not follow the brand promotion, but the whole experience every time is very unpleasant.

i usually oder here like my pizza was burnt and olives were too bad they were not fresh earlier staff was good this new staff too bad will never visit here

Great employees, very kind and generous. Always give a great level at hospitality. The staff in the night time is friendly and joke a lot. Great service by the team! Never ever have they ever disappointed me! Best Pizza Pizza Ever!!!

Went to get a large halal pepperoni fan favourite pizza. After Receiving the food went to eat the pizza with my friends and we find out it's not halal and that it's pork and we couldn't eat the whole pizza and the pizza store was also closed atm. Was such a disappointment even after repeatedly telling the person but he did put it in the order but the one preparing the pizza didn't make it halal . The pizza went to waste cause of the timing !$20 wasted

Your standard pizza pizza, service is average, not really a place to eat but pick up for delivery. Would be nicer if they did a little more for the eating area, maybe just making the setting a little more inviting. But honestly. Basic average pizza pizza

I have been visiting this location for close to 20 years now due to the outstanding service and atmosphere. I received the best service along with delicious pizza today. Nishan took my order and was very considerate in ensuring I got the best deal on my order. Nishan and his co-worker also made sure my order was completed in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the service and will be delighted to visit this location in the near future. Would recommend to anyone!

The owner is very nice and helpful; he regularly collaborates with a nearby school to assist us with school events. But the good news doesn't stop there; the pizza is delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly. I 100% recommend everyone to come here!

Was disappointed with the dough, pizza was dry and tasteless ,veggies tasted undercooked. The only thing that had flavour was the dipping sauce sadly. Unfortunately not ordering again.

Ordered via pizza pizza app. And picked up but unfortunatly pizza was overcooked. Crust was so hard to bite into.... so I called pizza pizza customer service and they were nice enough to replace it! Waited for about 40 mintz before it arrived and by that time I lost my appetite to eat. But guess what??? The replacement pizza was also over cooked.!!!not ordering from this location again and if i do order pizza pizza again I'll give instruction about crust not being over done!
