CIBT and Visa connection are both the same company. After asking friends and family, i would still like an explanation as to why i was charged $300 for a Visa to vietnam. My friends are telling me that they usually go for under $50. Are you guys a Scam?

I talked with Aisha about a visa process to India and she was very rude and her voice is so loud. I don't recommend their service at all!

Think twice before you order visa application here. They may answer me sorry.. but on real they didn't even say sorry about that. I spoke with agent for urgent visa application, they told that they can do that and I paid for urgent visa application. But we didn't get any visa. We had expensive flights we had many troubles. For asking refund money, they refused that they applied to embassy and still waiting.. if can not get visa why do you promis? Ok, you couldn't do that why don't you refund money that you got ? So disappointed...

I decided to consult CIBT for an Indian Visa because I only had 45 days before my trip and was worried about not getting it approved in time (long lead times for Indian Visa's were in the news in November 2022). Aisha at CBT quoted me $1150 for an Indian Visa and said the process would take 8-9 weeks. I thought that was crazy so I decided I would try my luck and apply myself.By applying on my own, my all in cost was just about $250 (courier fees for postal application, visa pictures and BLS India Visa fee). From submitting my visa to receiving it back, the process took less than 3 weeks total. So happy I did it myself and didn't use CIBT.CIBT is a complete ripoff (nearly 5x the price of what I paid doing it myself and quoting me 8-9 weeks to receive my visa when I received it in less than 3 weeks doing it myself). These are not the professionals you're looking for.
