Wonderful service. Walked in Friday afternoon with a safety issue. They fit my car in for inspection, sent me a detailed quote by email and called to discuss. We went ahead with the repairs and the car was completed well before closing. Friendly staff, lots of smiles, down to earth people. Highly recommend.

As I am one of Lance's sons, I obviously use Lanpro as my shop of choice. Regardless of being family I can honestly say that I am always thoroughly impressed with Matt and Julian at the front as they are both extremely professional and knowledgeable about their positions at Lanpro.I can honestly say to anybody that Lanpro Auto truly cares about its customers and their vehicles regardless if you are family or not. They treat everyone the same which is with honesty,integrity and caring about each and everyone's problems and will solve them with a professional touch!

After several failed attempts by other services, Lanpro successfully solved the electronic problems of my 2002 Saturn LW. Matt identified the problems and provided a detailed list of work done and issues with the car that needed to be addressed....now and in the near future.....along with the cost of each item.....good service....very professional.

Took my truck here for squealing and a new muffler , it required two visits to correct the squealing. Told me they can’t find Catalytic Convertor for my Nissan. So now a third visit to different mechanic is required. Salesmen were very nice.

Wasnt happy with their service.They took 160 dollars for an out of province inspection and failled my vehicle; Thats fine, it wasnt road worthy i guess, but later when i requested to have them show me where the rocker panels failled, they just told me to take it to a body shop, they wouldnt take the time to show me why.Very displeased. If your going to take 160 of my money and fail my vehicle, you could at least pull it into the shop lift vehicle up and show me where and why it failed. I would have been happy with that and would have given you 5 star review had you taken the time to show me why.But you didn't.Thanks for nothing.

They are a very kind and courteous shop. They were able to get my car fixed quickly. They always call to let you know what needs to be done. They do not pressure you into things you don't want done. I have used them before and will use their service again if required. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Lanpro

First time at Lanpro and I will definitely be back again! I wanted to get a second opinion when it came to my A/C not functioning and I am so glad I did. Not only did they fix the A/C, but also noticed that my breaks were wearing and corrected both issues quickly. Julian was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the results of the inspection and made me feel at ease when it came to deciding what was necessary to fix. I don't know a lot when it comes to cars, so the honesty and no pressure was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Thank you. Thank you!

I would strongly recommend Lanpro Auto Care Center for automobile/car repair. I had called up their office to check if they had an open spot for fixing my Acura rdX which was not having any power and had a problem which was not getting diagnosed/fixed by the local mechanic I had called earlier.I was told by Lance to get my car to theit workshop at the earliest as they might be able to look at if they wait for parts. As I was explaining the problems that I was facing with the car and suspected the PCM/car computer to be malfunctioning, Lance assured me thats the its not the PCM but it might be something to do with the wiring.I heard back from them within 4 hours that there was an issue with the wiring that was fixed and my car has power now.I strongly feel that they know their craftsmanship and are thorough professionals who were not trying to cut corners.
