They told me I would get my ring back right away" as it was a small job.5 weeks later i still don't have it. I was charged double than what i was originally told it was going to cost.They don't call me back when I leave messages and when I finally DO get a hold of someone they just tell me what i want to hear to get me off the phone.I've heard from others around town that they have had bad experiences here as well

Cute little place!I purchased a necklace and i can tell that the people working there enjoy what they do. The lady helping me (Doris) was really sweet and she packed the jewelry so nicely. Will definitely be back!Happy to support a local jewellery shop. Thanks :)

Took my ring in to get sizes down my boyfriend paid 150 dollars for the ring when he ordered it for me I took it to Blackburn to get sizes down. After it came back they called me and told it was 279 dollars the moved stones and told me they had other work they had to do it in it which they should of called me before they did cause if I would know it was gonna cost me 300 dollars to size it down I would told them no way it would been cheaper for my boyfriend to order me a new one in my proper size. Will never go back to Blackburn jewellers again!!!!
