I used to love coming here good service good food but this time they had a new worker who kick kids out who were siting with there freinds was rude and put no typing on anything

Customer service and food quality have taken a turn for the worse. This used to be a placed I enjoyed.The vegetables in the cooler table looked absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was discoloured and the tomato’s looked slimy.When I asked for cucumber I received 1 cucumbers, when I asked for more it seemed to be an inconvenience.The soup was advertised as beef barely, when I got home it was potato bacon. The soup was so thick it was more like a paste than a soup. The soup was not edible, had one bite and it was horrible. When I asked for crackers I was told “we don’t provide those anymore”When I got to the till to pay I had to ask for a bag to take my meals home in. Then packed it myself, so I held up the line while I did so. They used to have it bagged and ready for you by the time you got to the till. Received no napkins, when I asked for some they said they were behind me. When I went to get some there was none available and then I didn’t want to intrupyt the customers being helped at the time.Sad to get home and realize this poor quality of my meal as it isn’t worth going back and wasting more time and money. The quality and service have drastically decreased and I won’t be returning.

Discusted!! Worker never changed her gloves once!! Would go use the till then go back to making people's subs! Gross!! Train your workers to change their gloves. This caused alot of anxiety.

I travel all over Saskatchewan for work and this is by far the worst Subway in the province. Produce is not fresh, they are often out of some things and employees are very skimpy with toppings. The bathroom is in rough shape, dirty, no paper towel/TP, light burned out etc. The employees are awfully slow. One time at the lunch rush, one gentleman was very slowly preparing the sandwich’s and the other employee just stood by the till and waited the entire time… I will go to DQ next door every time I pass through Tisdale.
