Great service

I arrived at 10:40 am. My friend had dropped me off as my car is in the shop. I waited either another customer behind me fo about 25 mins as the only employee unloaded and loaded their truck with recycling. After he noticed us in the beginning I thought he would have acknowledged us.. but he didn't.. I went outside to speak with him.. he then told me he'd be an hour. I told him I had already waited 30 minutes or so and told him there are other people there besides me. I then said I have 1 bag that I need counted... he said again an hour. I told him that its not very acceptable customer service to leave people waiting like that. It sounded like he didn't care. I asked him if he was told to ignore customers at the counter while the trucks there. He would not Answer ..disgusting way to treat people. Shame on you

Longer wait then other depots. They.only have one person counting recyclables instead of a few people working wouldve been better if there were more people working

Efficient crew !

Noisy due to glass being recycled. Friendly staff. Has both a wait for payment or label your bags for deposit into account

The guys working at the Waterford Bridge Rd. location are actually lovely. Not only were they super accommodating and kind, but the overall feel of environment is totally different then the Blackmarsh rd in all aspects. I have personally witnessed active racism with one of the supervisors and his newly Canadian employees and it was absolutely appalling, we haven't returned to the location since the incident in Early November 2020. I suggest boycotting Blackmarsh rd and giving your business to the Waterford Bridge Rd location.
