Picked up duct elbows and boots from this location for my project at home.Finished installation had 6 pieces of round duct and boots left over.Took them back to return, to be told returns can only be made by account holders.My family has been in this industry for 30+ years and they call bullsh¡t on them.All sale final to private non account holders needs to be stated on their pick tickets.

Dont order from brian he doesnt know squat, drove all the way from oshawa for a product they said they had... turns out no product as he described in stock... wasted 50 in gas

I went there for parts for a project I'm working on and initially they weren't helpfull with questions I had to make sure I purchased the right parts, as a result I had to go back for more and when I arrived it was 3:05pm and i was greeted at the locked door where the store attendant simply shook his head at me and walked away. I understand they close at 3 but the gesture was overly rude. This morning i returned to buy the part and was refused service because my purchase was under 25 dollars and was directed to go to home depot". I purchase a lot of building materials and tend to be loyal to my suppliers to build a lasting relationship and would have been happy to continue using noble for parts and service on projects but I cant stand for rude or dismissive behavior toward customers as I too work in the customer service industry and would never be anything less then curtious."

Great service, they actually return calls and can get nearly anything needed overnight.

We had great experience. Gord was amazing and very helpful . We are not handymen and he was so patient and gave us great advices. We tottaly recommend him to help you
