I have been working with Andrew Grant (the owner) for four years now, and found him to have excellent customer service, and knows a lot about customs (both US and Canada). I have found his staff at Jet to be equally excellent. They are always professional, and clear loads very quickly. Truck drivers that have worked with them prefer them over most other customs brokers; and some even recommend them to their customers.
