I was VERY disappointed with the person I spoke to on the phone this morning in the print shop. He was patronizing and unhelpful. He had no interest in asking more questions to clarify what it was that I needed... he simply said that it couldn't possibly be done in the time frame I needed. I will not be giving my business to this Staples in the future. Very poor customer service. And for reference, I spoke to a different print shop who can easily complete my required printing job in one day.

Thanks Tarun! I just have to say that it has been so pleasant having your help with the purchase of my new laptop and transferring the data from my old one. From the very first point of contact, I felt totally looked after. You are really great at what you do. You turned what was a stressful day into a total relief and I left feeling really good about the purchase. You are personable and super effective. Rude service in shipping. Trying to do a simple drop off for FedEx. I do them every day at a different location in the same manner. Even the manager has no respect for a customer's time. Unhelpful - waste of my time.

I like Staples but there's cheaper. To bad it's located at the end of a rat maze of cars, dumb drivers and other businesses. Very busy to get to. They deliver, and better choice for me, less stress. I hate Amazon changing this location to drop off your returns in the s.e. UHG

I came first thing in the morning because I know that they get really busy around noon. The lady in the shipping services helped me with the printing that I need. Quick and easy in and out. Staff are nice and helpful though, you just need to ask :)

I rarely have to visit this store and historical visits have been OK. Busy and sometimes chaotic.Recently I have had to visit twice in the past 2 weeks for differing reasons. On both accounts the staff I encountered were disingenuous with their 'helpfulness'.When asking for help I was 'greeted' with obstacles instead of genuine help. The fu attitude from the younger staff is appalling.

They didn't have what I was looking for at this location, but the employee I was dealing with was able to track down the product I needed at another location. He was able to get it held for me which was great! So good customer service was my experience at this location.
