I've been taking my cat to Dr Kadri for over 3 years and he has always treated my cat who has FIV with gentle and delicate hands. My cat recently had dental surgery and Dr Kadri and the entire staff were fantastic!! He answered all my questions before surgery and after and the Nurses and Staff were loving and caring towards Ranger. I highly recommend taking your precious fur baby to this Vet. We love Richmond Hill Animal Hospital! We’ve been going to see Dr. Kadri for over 10 years. We have both a cat and dog, and Dr. Kadri has provided us with amazing care for both of our beloved pets. He also cares for our family members pets. You can tell he truly wants the best for your animals. We have since moved out of town, but still make the trip to see Dr. Kadri as we feel he’s quite worth it! The staff are also quite helpful, and go out of their way to assist you. Laura specifically is very knowledgeable, and has been very helpful to us recently in the care of our dog and cat. Overall.. we would recommend Richmond Hill Animal Hospital 100%!

I needed to make sure of something before writing this review. Now I am sure of that. This review is not about the doctors in this animal hospital. This is more about admin and regular staff. I don't take my dog to this clinic because of amount of errors and confusion I experienced in the past with their admin. But I decided to order a medication from them. The first time when I received the medication it wasn't in the original pack and the syringe was not even the right size to use. I knew something was wrong and medication never worked. We had used this medication before and my dog got better immediately after the first dose (Metacam) . I shared that with the clinic . They apologized but no refund was offered. I ordered the original brand again from my pocket and that didn't help either. I took my dog to his vet and told him medication was not effective anymore. He was surprised because this medication is a pain killer and he used the phrase it is like water on fire" and he gave us the same medication and it worked immediately. I mean the very first dose !!! This review is not about money . This is about why a receptionist should be involved in bottling medication in the first place? why two times their medication didn't work? This is about the email I received from this clinic saying we get the product back but we just dispose it and no refund!!! I found it very unprofessional and insulting. Will never go back or order anything from them."

After months of searching for a good vet for my cat Apollo, I’m happy to say I’ve found one. Apollo has had several health issues in the 7 months I’ve had him, and every vet I took him to never provided any sort of affective treatment. In the short time I’ve been taking him to see Dr. Kadri we’ve been able to fully access and figure out exactly what he needs. The level of care Apollo has received by Dr. Kadri is unlike any other I have seen. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered, and my worries are taken seriously. Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing and make the experience so much more pleasant. Whenever I bring Apollo here I can always trust that he is in good hands.

I have been a pet parent (to both cat and dogs) for over 15 years. I lived many places, and as a result tried many vet offices. Trying to find that perfect vet, balancing the care and costs and feeling of trust too. You want to do what's right for your pet, but you also don't want to run unnecessary tests and have a say in your pets care. I feel this is the place that checks off all those boxes and has even more perks. I love the app that helps you manage your appointments, your pet medicine reminders and 24/7 hotline if you need someone to speak to during an emergency. Dr. Kadri and Dr. Ibrahim are both full of warmth and caring and great at providing information so you can make an informed decision!

Have my cat with them, and they are always good to him. The vet I saw the most recent time was fantastic. She cleared all my questions and didn't make me feel like a lacking pet parent!

Very professional team, Dr. Kadri is very helpful and honest. But after he sold his business to VCA , the Vet office visit charge is unbelievable , in less than 2 years from $65 jump to $89 and again jump to $105 + tax ($119) just for a visit !!!!! most expensive and unreasonable Vet in the area. I suggest check other veterinary.

Not impressed. Curt, not accommodating, lacking any sense of customer service (had to wait 30 min inside treatment room for scheduled appointment, with no apology). I’m transferring to Arnold Crescent, where they seem much friendlier, interested, and accommodating.

Brought my cat into this clinic today. The receptionist, assistants, and doctor were very friendly and he identified the issue on my cats lip right away.He ordered an injection and tablets and as of writing this a few hours later, the issue on my cats lip swelling is going down.I'm very thankful. Will be bringing my feline friends here from now on. <3

Dr. Kadri is genuine and great with animals. You can tell he truly loves them and it shows in his work. I have had bad experiences with other vets and am so happy I took my cat Eva here. He saved her life 2 years ago, and continues to make sure she’s as healthy as she can be! The staff and techs are also all great and friendly. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for your furry babies!
