Have been dealing with Floyd and must say he is extremely polite and professional.Send in truck for maintenance and a blinker problem. Drove out and the blinker was not fixed. On a cold day the driver door opened and wont close. A call to Ford revealed it was a recall issue with the new aluminum body and wasn't communicated- putting me in an extremely dangerous situation. Part was promised and a 7.30 visit revealed it was a 4 hour job- had to reschedule as wasn't informed of time. Send the truck back after a few days and called after 7 hours ( was meant to be a four hour job), truck was still not fixed- as other parts not available.Until today- a week later, no one at Ford has called back. My lease is ending- and you bet- Hallmark FORD will be my last visit. You can also read my poor review with Sales.

No ethics and they don’t stand behind their work. Drove car in for service. Paid almost $900 and car didn’t even make it home. There were other issues but they released vehicle and didn’t say that the other issues would affect the performance of the vehicle. They would not commit to cover cost of towing back to their shop. Customer service was pathetic. Non existent management. Very disappointing and they really don’t care.

I recently came to Hallmark ford for servicing on my Ford Fiesta. I was very impressed with all of the staff. The people who answered the phones when I called were very polite and informative and had a great telephone presence. As for the people who worked on my car in particular, I was more than happy with their services and knowledge. Staff was friendly and gave me detailed updates when I called for progress reports. I will most definitely be using this location for any future issues with my car or purchases of Ford vehicles.

I will share my honest experience with you on Hallmark Ford. The service department is excellent, and they are very pleasant, and there to help you, and I am very happy I went there with my vehicle. I want to pass on to others, that if you decide to visit Hallmark Ford service, you will not be disappointed with bad attitude, nor negativity. Lots of good videos, and happiness here. We bought our Fords at a different Ford store, but will take them to Hallmark Ford from now on. Dealt with Floyd, he is awesome, and so are others there.

Save yourself the headache and bring your truck somewhere elsewhere. Been in about 4 weeks now and the service advisor has stopped returning calls. I was told that the truck would be ready almost 3 weeks ago and here we are 3 weeks later still waiting. This is a warranty repair which only covers the rental for one week so I’m out of pocket now for 4 weeks and counting. Hallmark has not offered a loaner or even a partial reimbursement for my rental. I know these things can sometimes take longer but why I am so upset is because they lied to me saying that it would be ready two weeks ago only to call me on the day I was going to pick it up to say its not ready.Update: yesterday I was told that my truck would be ready today. on my way to drop off the rental car hallmark (or whatever they call themselves now) called me to tell me that it wont be ready till tomorrow. Once again I was lied to by service advisor Harry. Not only was I lied to but Harry even said that they are putting priority on some other vehicle before they will finish mine. Worst experience i have had at a dealership by far. Started a formal complaint with Ford Canada.

As much I like ford cars I got really bad experience with their service department. I booked an appointment a week in advance to bring my car in for service and planned my work schedule and ride back home accordingly.On the day of my appointment I got a call (4hours to my appt) from their service department telling me that they cannot take my car in as they are overbooked. Their explanation was that the person who booked the appointment was a trainee and he/she overbooked. What a excuse to blame the trainee for their own faulty system. Who supposed to oversee the trainees work and train them?Worst part, the lady who called me was very aggressive in her tone of voice. she just told me that I can either call Ford Canada or call other dealership to book an appointment as their next availability won’t be till week after.When I asked her that how come they didn’t realized it a day or two in advance and the answer I got was that we go by the day only and don’t look at bookings in advance.I will be thinking twice before I visit this service centre again.I was lucky enough that some other nearby dealership was able to take my car in next day.

Best sales experience I’ve had at a dealership in the lower mainland! Paul Cho greeted me at the door, impressed me with his product knowledge. I’m a car guy and he kept step like a champ. If you need a Ford, look this guy up. I’d rather give my business to a pro like this then the lackies lurking at some other dealerships!
