Great team and Great work.They replaced the shingles on a 16 unit apartment building for me. Their quote was in line with other quality roofers so I hired them to do the work. Dave (the salesperson) and Chris (the Owner) worked with me to plan the notifications for the tenants and, throughout the process, they were careful to keep all tenants safe as they worked around the roof. I was very impressed when they put out tarps to protect areas of the property to prevent damage - in my experience, not many roofer will do this.The team was polite and respectful to me and the tenants (this was VERY important).When they finished, they did a great cleanup job and the only trace of their visit was a good looking roof!I highly recommend them to others.

And didn't try to take advantage of my wallet like two other companies that I will not name tried to. I will definitely be contacting you in the future when I need to replace my roof!

These guys were great. I sustained wind damage for the second time and Dave came out to give me an appraisal with honest recommendations and was very personable. They weren't the cheapest but they offered quality product and workmanship all of which they backed up with a warranty! A few days later a professional crew came out and did my entire back roof and the owner (Chris) came by after it was done to ensure I was satisfied! Great job and now I have peace of mind!

I called to have my roof looked at and to get a quote to replace. Spoke to Dave on the phone, very professional, courteous and you'll get the feeling that he cares. Dave came over and quoted on a replace. I choose to have some repairs done, a day later the owner arrived went up and did the repairs. He too gives you his undivided attention to answer your questions, he too is professional and courteous. The total to do the repairs was far under my other quotes.In all this company and everyone I have come in contact with is worth the phone call to repair or replace your roof. they left a space on the end of my roof, and squirrels got into my roof, I had them come out to check the space, they claimed that no pest can enter there, that want true because squirrels did enter there, it is very difficult to get a hold of them, also they didn't change some of the tiles on my roof, I would suggest that if you use these folks, withhold some money to have an independent roofer check that they changed all the tiles

Dave the garage roof leaked 3 years after the new roof was installed they sealed it but it still leaks. I have been texting,calling, emails getting no respond the last Rain we had and snow melt from Sunday it leaked. I call the office no reply as today.Dave I am disappointed and frustrated no one got back to me.

From start to finish Finley Roofing was prompt, professional and fantastic to work with. We are hoping to sell our house and the quality of job and transferable warranty added huge value to our home. Finley was able to get the job done quickly, they were open, honest and transparent through the whole process. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done with little mess left over.
