The guy behind the counter has attitude and thinks he's better than anyone else. It's like the customer is bothering him. If you don't have a commercial account he pretty much says NO SALES IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH US" and proceeds to ignore you. If he can be bothered to help you
