Very friendly, community and service oriented owner by the name of Chim who makes a point of knowing his customers. Quick and efficient service, very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend!

A remarkable story. I left one of pair of Birkenstock sandals for repair and went into the store a few days after they were supposed to ready. The owner could not find the sandal! He said he would look. The next day he called and said that I had already picked up the sandal and that I must be confused. He said that he had the ticket, so I must have the sandal! He hung up when I complained. I have a attached a photo of the ticket and the single sandal. Clearly, he lost the sandal and made up a story. He is not to be trusted, i fear. Be careful what you leave!

I went in to get a belt repaired or to buy a new one. The old one was falling apart, so I decided to buy a new one. The same kind Jim, one of the owners, was wearing today. He said it would last at least 20 years! The price was reasonable and it’s stylish too.I also asked him if my running shoes could be repaired. The mesh on the sides has some holes in it, but I’ve been reluctant to replace these with $125 or more runners I’ve seen at Victoria running stores.Turns out MANY people bring older runners, like mine, to be patched all the time. It only costs about 20 percent of what I would pay for new runners. I’ll come back another day when I have spare shoes to wear home.I have been to the store in the past. It’s been a good experience each and every time- price, expertise, speed of the repairs. And he makes me laugh!

I went to replace the bottom of ny heel and one of the plastic cap fell off within 10 minutes of wearing. The other side was fine, so they probably didn't do a consistent job on both shoes.

Whenever a shop like this wants payment before work is done you should be worried. Doesn't warranty his work. Tries to convince you it's a you problem. The work he did didn't last and it was very expensive for no warranty on his work. If it was a me problem then why did you do the work if you knew it wouldn't last? .Better off buying new shoes. He's vheap and just in it to get your dollars. Should have known when he charged before

They've done a couple quick shoes repairs for me as well as a travel bag. Did great work. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

Great place to get shoe repairs done. Arcadia is a family run business. The folks working there are really friendly and they do a great job.

Got new soles for my Wolverine 1000 Miles. I opted to go with rugged Vibram soles so I could wear them on wet days. Really happy with the service, took a little longer than expected (three weeks). Would recommend.

They were able to fix the stitching on my running shoes in just two days and it was super cheap. I haven't taken anything complicated in but based on my experience I would definitely go back next time I need a shoe fixed up!
