I ordered a jelly cat stuffed animal, the little bear one, and not only was it shipped expeditiously, they wrote “there’s a bear in there” and put little bear stickers on the outside. It’s so cute I can’t even throw the box out. I’m from Ontario but will definitely be ordering more! ❤️

The Dilly Dally Store on Commercial Drive is one of the best, if not the best, toy store in town. What makes this place different is not only variety, but quality in their merchandise. Upon entering you will be greeted by staff, always a welcome gesture, and then you will find several sections filled with books, educational toys, items for arts & crafts, etc. Not overwhelming, but just the right mix, well thought out. Their prices, quite reasonable. If you have children at home, or need a giftable item for one, do pay Dilly Dally a visit and support this local business.

Amazing selection of great toys for a small store. The staff is super helpful as well, there are books and a lot of sustainably built toys available. I have also used their online ordering a number of times and it was great, their stock system is pretty accurate as well.

What an excellent toy store! You can’t go wrong at Dilly Dally. We always leave with fabulous gifts for the family. The staff are knowledgeable, cheery, and super helpful. Great layout for checking out the wide variety of merchandise. Always love the window designs. BONUS POINTS for letting our dog join in the shopping experience and contribute to critical purchase decisions. Highly recommended!
