I was at the eye doctors and my cibc card was declined., how embarrassing...I got over a 1000 in my account..my glasses were only 300 and I was declined...I'm very disappointed..I am on disability..this bank shouldn't do this to people..I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different bank

To be honest I would give this branch of the bank a 0 star if possible.It's literally impossible to talk to someone over the phone.I opened an account with an advisor eight or nine months ago and then three or four months later I realized that there were some conditions to be met to get a cash back gift from the bank.So I talked to the advisor, but he insisted that he always explains the conditions. So I escalated the problem and the client advice manager told me that she had received an email saying that if the conditions are met in two months from now

CIBC is a bank on 8th St in Saskatoon. You can park in the lot and stand in line inside or stay in your vehicle and hit the Drive Thru on the East side of the building, be careful when using the exit as it can be a bit congested with traffic

Customer service at this branch is getting worse day by day. They are hiring people but not training them professionally to treat the customers professionally. Was a happy CIBC customer before. Will recommend. NO.

Have gone in to this branch about 5 times, each and every one was terrible experience. Understaffed, so there is always a long wait. Tellers constantly try and upsell you products. I once agreed to upgrade to one of the services they were trying to push on me, and the teller didn't know how to set it up. I once brought in a letter I received from CIBC with unclear instructions in it, and they just told me to call customer service. My experience with CIBC overall has been poor, but this branch in particular takes the cake for worst customer experience.

I've had only negative experiences with this branch. I've banked with this branch for many years and have continually been met with poor customer service; my past experience will unfortunately be my last. I bent over backwards trying to have a simple task, very poorly, executed. I felt as though my needs as a customer were the lowest of priority. As a result, my experience has me left me searching for a new bank, not branch, after years of being handled very poorly.
