Tops Car Wash

I took my car through for an extra good wash and wipe down and it was well worth the 40 bucks. The truck looked like it just rolled off the assembly line after they were finished. Very polite and helpful staff.

I recently went to this car wash and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. From the moment I pulled in, I could tell that things were not going to go well. The employees seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping me. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged that I was there.When they finally got around to washing my car, things only got worse. The equipment was old and worn out, and it seemed like the employees didn't know how to use it properly. They missed spots all over my car and didn't even bother to clean the wheels or tires. It was clear that they just didn't care about doing a good job.To make matters worse, when I got my car back, I noticed that they had scratched the paint in several places. I brought this to the attention of the manager, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for the damage.Overall, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The employees were unprofessional, the equipment was outdated, and they caused damage to my car. Save yourself the time and money and find another car wash that actually cares about doing a good job.

As I completed an year with Top car wash. They did a great job always before. I have never had issues and complaints about there service. But after reopening now, employees there not paying enough attention to clean. They looks afraid to touching the vehicles. We have 4 vehicles registered under tops car wash on the tops interior monthly plan of our business. Currently getting complaints from all of our vehicles. I attached some pictures taken just after the cleaning. Hoping they will fix this issue soon and become our favorite car wash as they was before. I apologize if this review hurts anyone. Historically, did a pretty good job at a quick inside and outside wash. Last time I came they weren't offering that service, and today they are but I've waited over 40 min so far since paying and they haven't even started on my car. At the rate they seem to be going I will spend at least another 30 min here. Not acceptable.

If you're considering using Tops for a Spring Detail, would advise a re-think. They will not book appointments for a more than $300 service, and require you to show-up 45 minutes before they open and line up.Have spent a significant amount of time waiting on two different mornings now on days apparently they offer detailing, only to be told they actually don't have the staff to do it.All the staff were polite and apologetic. But an incredibly frustrating way to try and pay for a service.

Exterior wash is good. Better than gas stations.Tried one time interior cleaning, it was terrible experience. All mats were still dirty cuz they didn’t shampoo them. Basically, it seems like they vacuum inside, but between the doors and seats was like ehh!If someone close my eyes and give me a towel and couple sprays for interior, I would give better job than those workers.Business close at 5 pm.This is my second adjusted review. First one was 5 stars. This unfortunately 1 stars.(If I took a video or picture the results of interior car wash, I think the business could lose so many one time customers.)

After paying $40 to have my car washed and vacuumed, I asked the worker to wipe off my back seat that had some dog foot prints present with a rag he had in his hand.The person apparently the BOSS" yelled at him. When I asked for the rag to wipe the back seat off. He yelled at me that it wasn't a self service. Rude

Best car wash in all of Ottawa. Love how they hand dry the car so there are no spots and ensure car is always clean when you leave. Staff are so friendly and look like they enjoy their work and it’s always a fun visit.
