I have lived at CitiGate Two in Mississauga for over 16 yrs. During this time I believe we have had at least 14-15 property managers as well as management companies. No one can compare to the excellent service we have been currently blessed with plus the thoughtful and kind service of our Head of Security. I hope they are treated well they are both deserving of First Class Recognition. #1505

Absolute joke of an organization. Property manager ignores every email unless I CC info@del, then makes threats about using info@del email for non emergency purposes. Your people are replying to reviews asking to be emailed there? Get it together. I implore you to answer your emails. Every property manager you bring in is significantly worse than the last. The decision making is awful. People making these decision clearly live in houses and do not have to deal with day to day condo life. Take some responsibility del. You're a jokeTo add. It's been 2 months since this review and things have gotten worse. For the second time mechanical things are being rescheduled without notice or explanation. Answers are impossible to achieve without involving Del. People need to find jobs that suit then.

Mgmnt controls and manipulates how we live, beyond rules and bylaws. Rather than effecting repairs to make our lives more comfortable, they ignore work orders for years. They falsify reports. Untruthful, inaccurate, deceitful, deceptive.Who is this woman, Catherine Murdoc, and why is she at our AGM? She has no involvement other than 2nd or 3rd hand information, hear say. She monopolized the meeting. Our president of the Board only spoke for about 5min, the Property manager said nothing as he was too busy running back and forth as her servant. Not that he would have anything intelligent to contribute anyway. The only thing she brought to the table was obnoxious belligerence, intimidation and discrimination. All owners should be treated equally. Apparently as owners we are not permitted to speak openly and freely. She spent 10min counselling an owner on selecting an Internet Service Provider and how to cheat the ISP’s. What has this to do with the corporation? When owners did bring up corporate concerns, they were stifled, silenced, censored and dismissed. I’ve spoken with other attending owners and the sentiment is overwhelming: she is not welcome at our meetings.

I work as a building superintendent under Del property management and my property manager Anton Mikhnevich. I had never had a manager as qualified for the function as he is, quick and practical in everything necessary for the proper functioning of the building, excellent communicator with residents and contractors, is certainly worth more than five stars.

Saul York please close down company. Your lawsuits will pile up bro. You are unprofessionally managing building with help of law firms and trying to scare condo owners. FYI: you don’t own our condos, you offer cleaning services. Don’t try to own and control.

One of the worst property management companies I have ever come across, the service is very poor, the responses are rude and inconsiderate. My experience of this condominium company is pushing me to raise concerns through legal means and avoid buying a condo in the future. All the positive comments I've seen here seems to be coming from Del staff and not real condo living people.

Catherine Murdock is the most racist district manager who mocks people of color and those without accents. She would wonder why they don't speak with an accent. With owners and coworkers who are members of racial or ethnic minorities, she exhibits racism and deep microaggression. She ignores them and increases all of their costs according to skin colour and ability to pay. Coworkers would be fired for speaking up, and owners would be censored and falsely written up without their knowledge.

Writing this review after the abhorrhent treatment of my father in law by the Assistant Manager at one of Del's managed buildings. This woman has continually gone out of her way to push back maintenance requests for life altering unit issues, tell lies about treatment and shows continued harassment towards the elderly of the building.As owners, the management company is intended to work for you and make your life easier, not continually work against you and threaten you. Twisting events to intentionally make themselves seem less liable for their actions and instead blame the long term owner of the property.Whether it be the treatment of packages or timely coordination of service and maintenance requests. This person continually fails to do tasks and communicate effectively and professionally.I'm still not quite sure why this person still has a job.

Almir Bajraktari is a dishonest Del Property Management Inc. district manager who makes up evidence for financial gain and to harass older homeowners.Del Property Management Inc. considers all non-White races and widowed White women to be underprivileged and will take advantage of them by making up false and misleading information about them in management and security reports. They edit all management and security reports to their liking. They take advantage of model citizens.Del Property Management Inc. has been doing the above since inception. This is the only way they know how to profit from disadvantage groups. They do not know that this will destroy their image.
