I can't say enough about the service I received from Ian Pollard of ChoiceCom Networks and Communications Ltd. My old computer crashed last year and what I was most worried about was years of family and travel photos being lost forever. I ended up purchasing a laptop from Best Buy and the Geek Squad service sounded like a good idea at the time. The Geek Squad proceeded to transfer all files from my old tower and the backup external hard drive but in the end, I was told there were no pictures. I asked them to check again and I was given the same very sad news. Needless to say, I was quite upset. A few weeks ago Ian Pollard checked the external hard drive for me and you guessed it, within minutes he found all of my pictures and transferred them over to my laptop. So just what was I paying the Geek Squad almost $23 a month for? Ian Pollard is not only very knowledgeable and professional, he cares!
