Technicians arrived on-time as scheduled, were friendly and professionally completed the work in a timely manner.I'm extremely satisfied with their work, will be using their services again and would strongly recommend them to others.

Our final bill was exactly what was quoted. The Technician was a little early but that was great for us. He was friendly and did a great profession job. We definitely will call them next time as they did a great job!

The quote process was quick and simple via the website/email with a rep (who was responsive and courteous). They give you all the information you need to prepare for the day of service. The tech showed up a bit early and called in advance to see if he could start earlier. He was so good, explained everything and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend these guys more!

We have used Power Vac twice in our current home and used them previously to moving to our current place. Each time they have been easy to get a hold of, obtain a quote, and have completed the service exactly as expected. Jason was out most recent tech and he was even kind enough to replace the furnace filter we had purchased before he left. Lovely touch from a reliable and profession company. Power Vac Kitchener was recommended to us by our heating/cooling installer as one of the only ones they recommend. We called immediately upon installation of a new heating system, and were booked in for the very next day. The service technician was an hour early, but patiently waited until it was convenient for us (did not rush us). The service technician was very polite and considerate, making sure to explain simply everything he was going to do and when. He was accommodating to pets, letting us know when there might be particularly loud noises in their vicinity. They completed the work in under the quoted time. While pointing out a vent I'd missed in my own original count, price point came in slightly under original quote. They did not attempt to insinuate we should call on them needlessly, but rather suggested a more reasonable 3-5yr timeline for a revisit. Professionally respectful and not pushy.

My husband and I were arguing whether or not the dryer duct was clogged, he said they weren't. He asked Power Vac to help us out and even I was amazed at how much stuff came out of the duct. The young gentleman wouldn't stop he said until he got as far as he could. Now I am more confident using my dryer knowing that Power Vac cleared everything out of the duct.
