Prima Pizza & Chicken

That was the best food I've had in a long time.Ive had pizza and wings in alot of places and this was very tasty.I would definitely order from here again.

Usually a very good spot to get chicken in town. However, today when I ordered chicken and wedges I also ordered gravy, definitely makes the best side for the wedges. When the food got here I noticed there was no gravy. When I called back I was told “it’s ok we didn’t have it on the order so you weren’t charged for it”. I explained that I still wanted the gravy only to be told they were all out. I understand that people make mistakes, and that gravy is not a “main” item in the order, however, I’ve come to expect a bit more in the way of ownership and solutions from businesses when a client is clearly displeased. Disappointing to say the least.

Always had a good experience with deliveries and food. Tonight not so much and I was dismissed when calling back and saying my order was wrong and nothing they would do about it. Not happy.

Great food quality, quick delivery and great pricing. This place was fast becoming our new favorite, almost a weekly routine.Unfortunately unreliable. Just called in a Friday night order and 'Prima Pizza and Chicken' has sold out of chicken - on a Friday night.So it's great food and a good price but you certainly can't plan on ordering from these people because they may well be sold out. So remember; always have a backup plan or better yet make this place your backup plan.One week later.We just tried to order again a week later on a Friday night at 6:30 we're not doing chicken the oil's too dirty" I wonder about the people that ordered chicken yesterday how clean the oil was? Do these people need a visit from the health inspector? We just threw out the menu for this place it's completely unreliable and I'm not interested in eating dirty food cooked with dirty ingredients. Perhaps the owner of prima chicken & dirty oil should crank his chin upwards and look at the sign that says prima Pizza and CHICKEN.I guess my $45 a week will go somewhere else."

Second time now we've ordered pizza from here and found hairs baked right into it. One hair here and there, understandable,no one is perfect in any way, but 2 in one piece just gross.Step it up Prima.

We always get our pizza and chicken from Prima. The pizza is very well made and fresh, and it tastes great! The chicken is hand battered and it's just phenomenal....it's the best fried chicken I've ever had! 10/10 would recommend Prima!

Pizza was ok. Not bad but not amazing. The double pepperoni didn't seem to have much pepperoni. The service was great. The wait time was average. The place was very cramped and insanely hot. I felt bad for the employees that had to work in that heat all day long. Next time I'm in Summerland I'll try the other pizza place instead since this place was nothing special.

Best bread sticks you’ll ever have. The fried chicken is phenomenal. And the pizza is simple and packed well for the price. Staff are wonderful.

Best pizza in town! Great to see a store offering healthier engery drink alternatives too

Been here once before and it was fantastic however every time we have tried to order since then the phone rings over and over and never gets picked up , despite calling during business hours. Extremely frustrating
