Fairly clean, good sound, smooth play including the pre-show ads & trailers. Price also respectable. Main complaint was the reclining seats which weren't very comfortable. Old-school chairs would have been been superior! But yeah, decent.

We went out to see the new Mario movie in D-Box a couple days ago and the seats did not do anything for the entire movie. Do not waste your money upgrading to D-Box! And good luck finding any staff, especially after your movie if it's near closing time. It was 9pm when we got out of the theatre and despite looking around for a good 20 minutes, we could not find a single staff member. I wanted a refund for the extra money I spent on the D-Box seats but unfortunately was unable to get one due to lack of staff.I also immediately emailed Cineplex about these concerns and have yet to receive a response.

Was a lot of fun, brought my nephew to enjoy the arcade and he really had a good time. Just the right amount of busy for a Saturday, no waits for games.

It is always nice to visit this place. I love how clean all is and the kids at the counter always looking to help. I have never had complaints when I take my kids, I wish bluecheese Burger would come back. it was my favorite, though

These seats are incredibly uncomfortable and crowded, this theatre compares to one that would be acceptable 10 years ago, but not in 2023. There is no leg room while sitting and especially not while people try to climb past you.The concessions is absolutely ridiculous, there's apparently no combo for just a popcorn and drink so you end up paying around 26 for that alone with the promise of some bonus points that don't happen.The concessions staff did not know how to process points so I'm missing hundreds of points that didn't effect my total.The coke was gross, and the popcorn was burnt.Do not recommend this theatre, and will only be going to Calgary theatres in the future.

Good place to go for a movie. I like the idea of having a movie theater in the mall. There is lots of parking at the mall. My daughter was at the arcade today and enjoyed her time there.

Went in with my wallet (cash) and it fell out of my pocket during the movie; reason I know this is because it happens to me more often than I’d like. I called to see if any cleaner had seen a wallet and they asked their manager if “has anyone seen that wallet” which was odd since they wouldn’t know what I’m referring to. It was a Gucci wallet and The theatre was dead, plus it was late so I don’t know where it could have went considering I called as soon as I realized it was gone. Searched the Parking lot as well. (Odd how I was able to find perfect space for it to fall between the seats upon requesting to look for it afterwards). Cool movie though. Gave them my number and never heard back, lol.

Great location for Cineplex, sometimes parking is an issue but that us because it's at a mall and we know what we are getting ourselves into. The theater itself is clean and the staff is welcoming. Concessions area sometimes is pretty lined up, but they're quick enough as long as you have given yourself enough time. They have an arcade area as well, which is pretty fun if you're into that sort of thing. We sometimes take our kids to the arcade and they love it! Theaters are comfortable and clean. They do not have reclining seats like some other Cineplex locations but otherwise they're great!
