I had to fix the car twice, the service was so bad, infact a terrible one. Leslie is the one who addressed me first had explained the fix needs to be done to my car. I believed her & infact allowed them to change the parts. They did not give my car on the date they have committed it happened twice. I had brake issue , where my brake pad, rotor, connector was changed. My car started making noise within a week. when i took back to auto body shop, leslie refrain to talk to me, started avoiding me, infact she send some technical guy to talk to me.This happened with me twice, when first time she avoided me i taught she is really busy but no she avoided & kind of service given is very bad.My experience with this auto body shop was very bad 2 times i wasted my 3000$ and my problem was not fixed, infact they kept avoiding me.If you know what exactly your vehicle is having the problem & exactly know what needs to be replaced then its better deal to go to this body shop otherwise they will take you for a ride pulling out big chunk of money & giving new problem to your vehicle.Very bad experience 2 times, especially the service & they do not deliver on time & still your vehicle is causing problem.I wish i could give them negative star..... Not worth it.

After having one of my wiper blades malfunction, I reached out to Carcone's Auto Works for assistance. The team there was very professional, friendly, and identified the issue right away. The customer service experience was one that showed they really cared about the customers needs.If you have any auto work needs I recommend calling Carcone's.

Mike fixed my leaky exhaust. Sounds like new. Great job. I would recommend this place anyone I know. Definitely coming back when I need to. Ask for Mike he will help you out.

Tim is very knowledgeable and thorough. His car knowledge is only surpassed by his professional personality. The Team at the shop are great to deal with.

0 star review. Don't go to this place, they charge 150$ to change winter tires and they don't even do it properly. Waste of money and waste of time.Update: For a place that charges this much, I expected a much better service. Word of advice put your prices on display and perhaps you should improve your customer service skills, they seem to be lacking. Thank you and all the best.

I've been meaning to write a review since I was there a little over a month ago to service the car and change the brakes. It was the second time I've been there and they are just amazing. Jordan is honest, fair and professional. They could have easily said there was a million things wrong with the car but as I mentioned before, these guys are honest and fair. Thanks Jordan!

0 star review. We had our car and work van in their shop for tire swap and full front brake job. They charged us full amount for the work upfront but they did not complete the work and did not refund our money (credit card company has been informed).Only Replaced two of the four winter tires they were given. (Almost kept the other two)Both cars returned to us without air in tires.Tires on both cars were not balanced properly.We are paying someone else to inspect the brake job and tire balancing since they are incompetent and have unprofessional work ethics.STAY AWAY!!!!!
