The gentleman was very nice! He got our fireplace working again. The people prior to living at our home, never used it and the inspector couldn't open the damper. The gentleman found there was a squirrel next and cleaned everything out. I would recommend him to anyone whos looking for an honest company and great communication. Thank you again.

Not a good experience. Guy was unfriendly. Said the closure to open and close damper was stiff but did not do anything to fix it, said I should use WD-40. After he left it didn't work at all. Waste of money.

It was easy to set an appointment and Ross showed up right on time and did a great job on our fireplaces for a fair price. What else can you ask for? I will ONLY recommend Ross and Ash Wipe for chimney cleaning, he's definitely the best!

I called Ross at Ashwipe for a second opinion after paying a $159 inspection fee" to one of the "big name" chimney sweep companies in the area. The estimate I received from the "big name" chimney company was approx. $6
