Great staff, convenient hours and a great selection of both toiletries, cosmetics, pharmacy items, household goods and food staples. This is one of the only reliable places in town to shop on holidays and if you need to make a quick, late night run to grab whatever you may need.

Shopping on Saturday afternoon and only one check out open with a line up of 7 people while three staff standing looking at us waiting. I asked if they would open a second check out and was told No use the the self service , very rude person in charge. Shoppers was a great place to shop where there was a friendly staff but not any more. Many of my friends are not coming to the store due to push to make people use self service check outs. Sad to see the way you are treated there now

I had to share my experience with shoppers and the wonderful pharmacist Jody who helped us. We had an issue and went to see Jody for her assistance. Above and beyond care would sum it up. She called she texted she left messages all the while keeping us in the loop of how things were progressing. Kind thoughtful and genuinely concerned.My husband and I thank her for her due diligence and help through this.Excellent service and genuine care.

This New Glasgow location really needs more checkout staff on weekends during 2 day sales.The lines get long as lotto tickets are checked and tobacco is purchased. Affiliated with Atlantic Super Store their prices do not match. Self check outs are way too close such that your neighbor may see your pin number or you might catch an elbow while packing your items. The pharmacy is efficient and did (still might) offer pagers so you could browse if there was a line up.

Major hit and miss service. Sometimes, you get service, and sometimes you get treated like you are the most annoying person by everyone who works there. We understand you're busy and we're ok with that. We need you to be ok with that too.

Went in today and spoke to the woman at the beauty counter, told her I was looking for a good concealer to cover my vitiligo as it’s spreading to my face and I’m becoming really insecure and don’t want my daughter to pick up on it.. let’s just say I left without any concealer and a whole new mindset. This woman went above and beyond and I left feeling a lot more okay in my own skin. THANK YOU!
